Breaking patterns to fit in, that's Baker Donahue's approach to life and business, one he terms "Creative Disruption". Through common examples and misconceptions, Baker shows us that the odds aren't always as stacked against us as they seem, and with a little creativity comes a lot of opportunity. Baker Donahue is a Junior at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville majoring in Communication Studies and minoring in Entrepreneurship. While at UT, Baker has started his own student organization, acquired four internships and founded his own company. Currently he works as an intern for AC Entertainment and the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center. He is also continuing the expansion of his company, In With The Old. Since its founding, In With the Old has been mentioned in several prestigious magazines, won one pitch competition and has expanded to other universities. Baker has a strong passion for entrepreneurship and believes that it is a necessary skill for all undergraduates.
