Drawing from her experience in engineering and business, Dr. Angelique Adams reveals how empowering and valuing individuals is the key to leading a successful business. Dr. Angelique Adams is CEO of Angelique Adams Media Solutions, LLC, a leadership coaching and training consultancy for scientists and engineers. She is an engineer and former corporate executive with 25 years of experience in operations, strategy, and innovation. After managing multimillion-dollar innovation portfolios and leading hundreds of scientists and engineers worldwide, Angelique discovered her true passion is developing people, not products. In addition to launching her own online leadership development platform, Dr. Adams is a lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and an Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Tennessee's Tickle College of Engineering. She has a Ph.D. in Energy and Mineral Engineering from Penn State and an MBA from MIT.
